AFI South Office

Our far south location is inside the Manchaca United Methodist Church. Coming from 35, you will take the first turn into the church on the left. If you are coming from Slaughter, take the second turn to the right. The office is inside the east entrance closest to FM 1626. Once you walk inside the door, the first door on the right opens to a hallway where our small office is located. Your therapist will be waiting for you there.
