Lauren (Dolph) Masciarelli, M.A., LPC-S, LMFT-S

Lauren (Dolph) Masciarelli is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor (LMFT-S) and Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) who specializes in working with adolescents and adults.
A combination of summer jobs working with children, volunteering in the community and an inspirational high school course in psychology kicked off Lauren's journey toward becoming a mental health provider. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Texas Tech University and a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling from St. Edward's University.
Lauren enjoys the diversity and special vibe of the Austin community, and has a passion for working with the individuals and families that live here. Her approach to working with clients is collaborative and integrates components of several family systems models of therapy including Narrative, Structural and Intergenerational Family Therpay. It is Lauren's goal to offer a warm, welcoming, client-centered environment that promotes the successful resolution of issues and concerns. In addition to utilizing a wide variety of therapeutic techniques, Lauren also helps clients identify and utilize community resources that would help them to increase their sense of social connectedness, improve work or academic performance, increase positive interaction within their family or relationship, cope with difficult or traumatic experiences, and grow as individuals.
Lauren currently divides her professional time between her work with clients and supervising emerging clinicians.
